Are all the products on ZOA Store vegan?
Yes, all the products on this site are vegan, and not tested on animals. These two values are at the heart of ZOA Store, and there will be no exceptions possible. In addition, you will find the "Végane" / "Vegan" tab checked on all the product sheets.
Can I modify an order already placed?
If you wish to change a size, color, change your details of deliveries or billing information, we can make all of these changes before preparing your order for delivery. We will not be able to add new products to your order. If you wish to modify your order do not hesitate to send us an email at the following address email@example.com
Defective product or not corresponding to my order.
If you receive a product that seems to be defective, or if your order is inaccurate, we invite you to contact us at the following address to find a solution as quickly as possible, firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the payment methods available ?
We accept Visa, Visa Electro, Maestro, Mastercard and Paylib credit cards. Payments are made through our partner SogeCommerce, Société Générale and we have chosen 3D Secure / Safekey to strengthen the security of your payments.
Credits, Exchange and Refund.
In case of return you can benefit from an exchange, a refund or a store credit. The assets are in MY ACCOUNT under the heading store credit. For refunds, all or part of the amount, it will be credited to the credit card with which you made the purchase.
Forgotten password, what to do?
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it in MY ACCOUNT by clicking on "forgot password". Please note that for security reasons we will not be able to send you your password by e-mail.
